Urban Decay Cosmetics Debenhams Stirling Are recruiting a Full Time Cosmetics Account Manager We are currently recruiting a 37.5 hour cosmetics account to work on our counter in Debenhams Stirling. Urban Decay is an established brand in the UK and Ireland and boasts some of the most innovative products in the Cosmetics industry. This role requires an applicant with experience in both retail cosmetics management and make up artistry skills Your people management sales skills must be top notch ensure that you achieve target and develop well in your team. You will need to be very confident outgoing and have bags of enthusiasm together with a love of the brand. You and your team must be able to achieve targets by maximizing sales to customers using traffic stopping techniques consistently. You must be highly motivated creative and enjoy the buzz of working with people In return we offer a competitive salary and commission rate of 3 on all personal sales. Training is provided in store.
