Our client a leading multi-lingual Contact Centre based in Glasgow require a bilingual Dutch speaking Customer Service Advisor to deliver excellent service to internal and external customers contributing to the achievement of company goals. The hours of work for this post will require flexibility between 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 3pm one in four Saturdays. This is an excellent opportunity for a pro active and customer focused candidate to join a market leading organisation. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in handling customer enquiries in a competent and confident manner showing a strong grasp of product and processes and deploying effective problem solving skills.
