Our Client in the South Side of Glasgow requires an Administrator ideally with a background in Ecommerce on a temporary on going basis. Your role will be to support the Ecommerce Sales team in the following duties Correctly invoicing suppliers dealing with invoice queries and credit notes Manage day to day running of data systems and effectively communicating with Account Managers Working closely with Ecommerce Managers and affiliates Processing payments invoices and cashback Regularly reviewing and spot checking affiliate sites ensuring all offers are correct Ensuring all Kpi s are on track If you have the the experience and knowledge for the role please send your Cv to gary.bell brookstreet.co.uk
