We are looking for an experienced General Manager to operate our brand new style Big Name Branded bar in Stirling and deliver strong sales in a tough market. This style bar will be a chilled out funky drinking venue in the heart of Stirling centre selling light food bites only. If you are currently in management in a trendy style bar environment or have previous experience in this environment then this could be the ideal role for you working with a large well known UK branded bar. The General Manager will be fully accountable for their own site staff staff training and finances and must hold their own Personal Licence. This unit will be opening mid November
